Dear Divine Guides was created from lived experience. After overcoming mental health challenges, trauma, homelessness, domestic violence, loss, and significant adversity, I dedicated my life to helping others find healing, hope, and purpose. My approach combines spiritual guidance, energy healing, music, and practical life experience in a way that is both deeply personal and highly individualized.

My sound healing work combines channeled music, intuitive messages, vocal healing, and spiritual guidance. Rather than using only instruments or frequencies, I use my voice as a healing tool. Many of the songs and messages I share are received through channeling and are intended to help people process emotions, gain insight, reconnect with themselves, and receive encouragement during difficult seasons.

This can include energetic cords, ancestral patterns, limiting beliefs, emotional attachments, energetic bindings, and inherited cycles such as fear, shame, addiction, codependency, abuse patterns, and other energetic influences that may impact health, relationships, and personal growth.

 Intuitive guidance is the process of receiving channeled messages, insight, and spiritual information intended to support healing, clarity, and decision-making. I receive information through multiple intuitive abilities, including clairvoyance (seeing), clairaudience (hearing), clairsentience (feeling), claircognizance (knowing), and clairempathy (emotional sensing). These insights are used to help clients gain perspective, confirmation, and direction during important life transitions.

Channeling is the ability to receive messages, wisdom, insight, music, or guidance from the Divine, Spirit, Higher Self, or other spiritual sources. These messages often provide encouragement, healing, clarity, and support for a person's unique journey.
